We like to eat peaches in the summer and this salad with GRILLED peaches hit the spot. It’s named the “Grilled Petals from the Past Peach Salad” and includes Terra Preta Farms’ arugula, grilled red onion, pecans, shaved parmesan, and aged balsamic. The warm, grilled peaches are very, very good. We dined at Dyron’s Lowcountry in Crestline Village, Mountain Brook, Alabama. “Petals from the Past” is a local Alabama garden and farm.
